Receptionist

LaSalle Network has partnered with a well-known company in the Schaumburg, IL area. They are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join their team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming impression of the company.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor

Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department

Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized workspace

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings

Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed

Provide administrative support to various departments as required

Always ensure a high level of customer service

Receptionist Requirements:

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments

Attention to detail and accuracy

Knowledge of office equipment, including phone systems and printers

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
