Your EDGE assignment/You will:

User-Centered Design: Apply user-centered design principles to create interfaces that are efficient, visually appealing, and easy to use for traders and investors.

Design System: Use, develop and help maintain our growing design system and component library that ensures consistency and a seamless user experience across all trading products.

Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to bring designs to life and ensure they align with business goals.

Responsive Design: Design for a variety of devices, including web, mobile, and tablet, and ensure a consistent user experience across all platforms

Accessibility: Ensure that designs are accessible and inclusive to all users, adhering to accessibility standards and guidelines.

Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and bring innovative design ideas to the table.

Are you the one?

Professional knowledge of the English language (both verbal and written).

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Design, HCI, or a similar discipline).

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools - Figma a must.

Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, usability, and accessibility.

Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Knowledge of trading or financial services is a plus, but not required.
