Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. As a CNC Programmer, you will be expected to use your expertise in CNC programming, esprit, 5-axis, 3D solid modeling, and PDC to create complex parts with high precision and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Develop CNC programs using esprit software to produce high-quality parts and components.

Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines to produce complex parts with high precision and accuracy.

Use 3D solid modeling software to create detailed designs of parts and components.

Work closely with engineers and designers to ensure that parts are produced to exact specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the CNC machining process.

Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines to ensure they are operating at peak performance.

Ensure that all parts produced meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in CNC programming and operating 5-axis CNC machines.

Expertise in esprit software and 3D solid modeling.

Knowledge of PDC (Process Data Collection) systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
