Position Overview
Customer Order Executive is pivotal in maintaining positive customer relationships, optimizing order fulfillment processes, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Role and Responsibilities
Order Processsing
· Receive and process customer orders through various channels store counter, email, or online system.
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of orders, including product details, quantities, and customer information.
Order Tracking and Fulfillment
· Track the status of orders from placement to delivery, and ensure timely fulfillment.
· Coordinate with processing team to arrange for timely delivery to retail outlets.
Quality Assurance
· Conduct quality checks on orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with quality standards.
· Address any issues related to product quality or discrepancies in orders, and take corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Graduate from anyfield.
· Should have Computer Operating knowledge.
Preferred skills and experience:
· Should have worked in Jewellery industry. (Manufacturing or Jewellery Background in Gold Preferred)
· Should have worked on any Jewellery software.
· Should know the basic calculations of the Jewellery weights.
