JD of B2B SALES MANAGER
To build business by identifying the prospects; maintaining relationships with clients by visiting them in different geographic region of north India.
Represent the organization in exhibition, trade fair and identify the prospects and recommend them with the best option.
To have complete product and stock knowledge
Negotiate and close the deal by excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication.
Identify and solve the client issues strategically.
Follow up with the clients for the dues/collecting payments and making sure that all the payments are made on time.
Identify product improvements or new products by remaining updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service.
Work with the Sales, stock, Accounts and Operations, teams for timely dispatch of the products.
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Prepares reports, daily quotation and plan attractive offers for the client by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
Actively approach to the targeted business clients through telephone, email and exhibitions.
Demonstrate and present the product to the customers in different geographic region of India.

Ability to prepare reports and use of appropriate mode of communication. Must be proficient at analysing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Education and Experience Requirements:
MBA degree with a concentration in sales/ Distribution preferred.
At least 8 (8) years of sales experience in similar industry.
