I have an opening in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for Customer Service role.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin

• Fresh Graduate/DIploma/SPM

• Able to work on rotational shifts (24/7)

Benefits:

• High Basic Salary + Complexity Allowance

• Monthly KPI extra up to RM 800

Office is in KL Sentral (Accessible by LRT/MRT)

Minimum Qualifications

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Focus: Ability to actively listen to customers and respond effectively.

Problem-Solving: Basic problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and complaints.
