Manager - Wholesale CRM

– Establish, enhance and maintain strong relationship with fund distribution partners including but not limited to Bank, Insurance and Securities companies.

– Lead and support abrdn Wholesale Distribution strategy & team covering Thailand intermediary markets. Articulate Wholesale strategies to grow sustainable AUM across the franchises.

– Assist in the production & delivery of fund updates & commentaries, presentations, sales briefing & seminar material, sales ideas, fund launches & responses to client requests & questions.

– Understand client’s demand and able to provide product strategies and investment solutions. Able to communicate effective and efficiently with strong presentation skills.

– Conduct competitor analysis on funds, market news & research to generate sales blasts for client communications. Analyze Funds’ holdings to enhance the width & depth of data provided to intermediaries.

– Coordinate client/prospect meetings, sponsorship events, seminars & roadshows with visiting Portfolio Managers, Client Portfolio Managers & Senior Management. Manage & coordinate local events.

– Bring the entire value chain of abrdn to clients (e.g. Wealth Tech, Sustainability, etc.)

Compliance - Adhere to rules and regulations set through abrdn policies and procedures as well as the respective market regulators

Collaboration - Have client outcomes at the forefront of what we do. In order to achieve this every employee needs to collaborate seamlessly across functions, locations and ranks for the benefit of our clients

Control & Supervision - Ensure proper supervision of direct reports via regular meetings / updates. Actively participate in the RCSA process to detect control deficiencies and assess effectiveness of control environment.
