Who you’ll be working with

Our team is responsible for qualifying and gathering requirements for all leads (inbound and outbound) to ensure they align with Codal’s expertise and experience. We then work with our design and development teams to ensure accurate estimates are put together for these potential projects, then present those to the client. This typically includes walking them through our project process and similar past project examples. Once Codal has been selected, we initiate the legal process and ensure a successful handoff to the project team, which executes the delivery of the project.

What you’ll be doing

Interacting with prospects via channels such as email and social media with high attention to detail and quality.

Research companies, identify key personas (contacts) within them, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate qualified leads.

Ability to qualify leads and opportunities, Analyze data to identify trends, patterns and insights, and provide valuable information for decision-making.

Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Support marketing and sales teams to create and execute marketing programs and outbound lead generation campaigns.

Tracking all relevant qualifications and lead management activity using Salesforce.

Reporting on lead qualification(s) and activity also provides insights to the marketing and sales leadership team on what is working and what is not.

Supporting in building top-funnel-qualified leads to add to the sales pipeline.

What you’ll need to be successful (Requirements)

Proven work experience of 4+ years as a Sales Development Representative, Account Manager or similar role.

Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, emailing and social outreach.

Gaining in-depth knowledge of the sales process and utilization of technological tools, including platforms such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and similar solutions.

Ability to effectively communicate value propositions, addressing objections, and handling competitive inquiries, along with negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Demonstrate self-motivation, determination, and a positive attitude.

Should possess proficiency in data mining, research techniques, and working with Excel spreadsheets.

Experience in collaborating with competitors, coupled with a strong grasp of skills such as data scraping and data comparison.
