Product Advisor

Salary: $3,500 per month guarantee + competitive commission structure

Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in finding the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences.

2. Provide excellent customer service by guiding customers through the sales process, addressing their questions and concerns, and building long-lasting relationships.

3. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers.

4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, including new and pre-owned vehicles.

5. Work closely with the finance department to ensure customers receive the best financing options available.

6. Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

7. Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development opportunities.

8. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

9. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and results-driven work environment.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required.

2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

4. A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

5. High level of integrity, honesty, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

6. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

7. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the company.
