Our client in the medical billing industry is seeking a full time Office Assistant on a temp-to-hire basis to support their Accounts Receivable team.
Provide administrative office support to the team
Filing, data entry, scanning, document management
Answer incoming calls and handle emails promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Order supplies and keep the office organized
Comply with all HIPAA regulations
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
