LeverageTek is actively seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a permanent position with its Greater Ottawa-based customer.
Work Location
The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at the customer headquarters in the Greater Ottawa area on a hybrid basis and moving to fulltime.
Language Requirements
Bilingual in French and English essential.
Key Tasks
Submit job requisitions in HRIS for approvals
Draft, update and post jobs on multiple sites
Prepare offer letters
Maintain new hire files and update recruitment trackers
Activate and track background and reference checks
Coordinate interviews, contact applicants, and hiring managers
Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)
Provide administrative support for the student coop program, including student events
Participate in job fairs
Key Qualifications
Candidates must be Bilingual and able to provide recruitment/talent acquisition services in both French and English (written and verbal) to both internal and external clients and vendors
Minimum one 1-2 years experience working in a fast paced administrative position ideally supporting the HR/TA function
Candidates must have a very strong background and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel
Assets
Previous work experience in a similar Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Assistant or Administrator role is an asset
Knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply HR procedures, policies and processes
Experience working with HRIS systems
