Fully Remote Executive Assistant

Starting Salary: US$15 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

We are seeking an organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer/Chief Information Officer (COO/CIO) in managing daily tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the agency. As an Executive Assistant, you will primarily focus on organization, time management, and handling various administrative duties. This is a fully remote position, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our agency.

Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the COO/CIO.

Assist in organizing and prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met efficiently.

Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the COO/CIO.

Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to assist in minor web-related tasks.

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.).

Ability to work with Google Sheets/Excel for data entry and basic analysis.

Provide general administrative support such as filing and document preparation.

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Adapt quickly to changing priorities and assist other executives as needed.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred.

Strong communication skills with fluency in English (both written and verbal).

Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Proficient in Google Workspace applications.

Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel is a huge plus.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Tech-savvy and quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
