Job Description:

Fresh Air Concepts is looking for a skilled and experienced Commercial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial electrical work and hold a valid State of Maryland journeyman license.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial buildings

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams

Perform electrical inspections and troubleshoot issues to determine the cause and solution

Install and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment

Adhere to electrical codes and safety standards at all times

Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other team members as needed

Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of electrical work performed

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Electrician

State of Maryland journeyman license (must be current and in good standing)

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship

Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments and conditions

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
