The Sr. Staff Accountant will prepare and maintain financial records to track the organization's assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities. Duties/Responsibilities:

Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.

Preparing journal entries, analysis, and account reconciliations and assisting with month close processes.

Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.

Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury and conducting internal audits.

Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.

Cleaning up last transactions, 3rd party and intercompany to ensure the book is ready for external audit.

Compiling cash reports and assisting corporate controller with cash forecast.

Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits.

Ensuring compliance with GAAP and participate in external audit when needed.

Assisting the corporate controller as needed.Required Skills· Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required, CPA preferred· 4+ years of accounting experience.· Advanced user of MS office suite, in particular Excel.· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.· Strong numeracy and analytical skills.· Good problem-solving and time management skills.· Highly organized and detail

Work hours

9am-6pm in office Mon-Thurs, Fri working from home.
