Job Title: SCIF Construction Superintendent - England

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SCIF Construction Superintendent to work on a project in England for an approximate duration of 3-4 months, starting in August 2024. Our ideal candidate should have experience in blueprint reading, SCIF construction, and knowledge of TEMPEST and FCC requirements. Previous OCONUS experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise trades such as Rough and Finish Carpentry, Framing, Painting, ACT Ceilings, Drywall and Finishing, Some flooring, Some sitework, Minor masonry, and Minor concrete

Ensure compliance with US Government security clearance (Secret or better) and experience working on DOD sites where clearance/badging are required

Manage project timelines and budgets

Maintain a safe and secure work environment

Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and team membersRequired Skills and Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in a superintendent role

Active US Government security clearance (Secret or better) is a must

Experience working on DOD sites where clearance/badging are required

Proficiency in blueprint reading, SCIF construction, and knowledge of TEMPEST and FCC requirements
