We are seeking a Homemaker Personal Care - HPC to become a part of our team! You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home or in a care facility. The hours will vary.

Responsibilities:

Provide routine individualized care to persons with disabilities

Monitor and report changes in patient health status

Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients

Provide light cleaning, making food, and going in the community

Provide transportation and assistance with obtaining medical/health care services

Qualifications:

Experience in home health, or other related fields

Positive and patient demeanor

Ability to build rapport with patients

Ability to handle physical workload

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Caring, Friendly, Pleasant personality, Reliable, Responsible, Dedicated, and Prompt

Good Driving Record with no more than 3 points on your record

Pass a background check
