Job Description

The Central Maintenance Dispatcher is the vital link between our customers and our company when it comes to resident satisfaction. This person is part of a team of 3 dispatchers that work at our corporate office in SW Houston and takes calls from residents requesting maintenance service repairs. This person will answer calls and type the information into the computer as an open service ticket. Then the open ticket will be sent via email to the corresponding apartment community that the work is needed at. This person is responsible for tracking this request until the service ticket is completed by the maintenance technician. This person will follow up with the resident to verify the work was completed, then input the time needed to close the ticket as well as the parts used in a daily report. A summary report is created each month to track the work completed by each technician at each property and the total parts used.

Qualifications:

must be bilingual in English and Spanish

have previous experience in a service call center or in the multifamily industry

have excellent phone and interpersonal skills

be able create and send reports in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
