Job Title: Quality Assurance Coordinator

Pay Rate: $70,000-$100,000/year (DOE)

Schedule: Monday-Friday – 8:00AM-5:00PM

Location: Chandler, Arizona

Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing firm, is currently seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Coordinator for one of our clients in Chandler, AZ. The client is manufacturing company specializing in consumable electronic materials. They are a leading supplier of various products essential in the electronics industry, including sputtering targets for semiconductors, flat panel displays, data storage devices, and wafers for compound semiconductors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Supervise all facets of quality management systems, including IMS, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949, and RBA standards.

· Lead and manage internal and external audits.

· Act as the primary liaison for customers regarding quality-related concerns.

· Collaborate with international counterparts to address and resolve quality issues effectively.

· Conduct comprehensive statistical analysis to bolster quality improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance.

· Proficiency and experience with ISO-9001, IATF-16949, ISO-14001, ISO-45001, and RBA standards.

· Previous experience in the semiconductor, automotive, or aerospace industries is preferred.
