Req Description

Description is needing a person to assist with software/hardware support for Chromebooks and software support for iPads. They don\'t necessarily need an expert, but someone that can drive to schools if they have an issue with mobile equipment at the school and be able to interact with the school personnel using the directions given to them to resolve the issue.

Qualifications-Can take directions and remember what was done, has attention to detail, can work alone and set priorities. Easily understood and has knowledge of customer service. Wants to learn because they will give them troubleshooting skills.
