Established Multispecialty Practice with flexible hours looking to fill position for qualified Nurse Practitioner to manage this dynamic practice. Provider will work in SKILLED NURSING facilities with supervising Physician. Provider will need be an effective communicator with our close partners and team.

*Charting and rounding will be done at SNF on your own iPad or Laptop at HOME. Must have a personal device. *

Required experience:

Nurse Practitioner: Experienced provider with internal medicine, family practice, geriatric medicine, or cardiology experience.

Pay: From $105,000.00 per year + depending on experience
