Entry level positions and skilled positions available. Experience in residential construction is helpful but we are willing to train the right people. Must be motivated and hardworking, willing to learn and have a desire to be part of a team. This is a family run company and loyalty is key. With time and dedication advance training and certifications are part of the education program here at T-Square Builders, LLC. Having specialty licenses are a plus such as CDL, septic, electrical, plumbing, etc. but not necessary. Applicants must live close to Somers, CT (within a 30-minute drive) and have reliable transportation. It is a non-smoking workplace, and all candidates must pass a drug and alcohol test. CDL training is provided after a proven dedication and a contract of commitment of employment is provided.
