Job Description

Ashlar Homes is seeking a Community Sales Manager to join our team! This person will generate leads, sell homes and complete all sales paperwork. The Community Sales Manager will also educate buyers on home financing options and provide service to existing customers to meet company sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

Open and operate community information center and model homes as determined by management.

Actively pursue sales prospects through networking, building realtor relationships, telephone follow-ups and email marketing.

Meet with buyers, tour model home(s), present features of homes, conduct needs analysis.

Manage the contract process to ensure complete and timely contracts.

Complete all transaction and financing paperwork, ensuring that forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.

Maintain accurate records on prospective customers via CRM

Maintain continuous communication with the buyer on contract and mortgage entity to ensure targeted closing goals.

Participate in weekly meetings with the community team and project managers to review all homes in the construction que and review questions, concerns, and updates.

Ensure the model home is always “show” ready.

Be immersed in the community, information, and trends (including schools, utilities, tax information, recreational areas shopping areas) to better meet the needs of the client.

Qualifications:

This position will hold office hours Friday-Tuesday.

Necessary skills include: sales experience, outgoing personality, positive attitude, willingness to learn, excellent communication skills and professional appearance.

Real Estate License

3+ years of sales experience *new home sales is a plus

Proven sales results

Technically proficient with Microsoft suite of products

Strong leadership, customer service and negotiation skills/qualities

Deadline and detail-oriented
