Your Role:
This position reports to the Operations department and is responsible for the overall basic daily management and success of Ocean ATM’s Service Department
Scheduling the installation and removal of ATMs
Troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of ATMs including assisting clients via phone and/or video calls
On-site service calls to install and repair ATM terminals throughout the Tri-State area with the majority being in New Jersey
Management and organization of the parts inventory and handling part replenishment and returns
Ensuring the parts room, service van and warehouse are kept organized and clean
Potentially supervising of Service Technician Team and contractors (as required)
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend service
