Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our design department, you will utilize your expertise in Figma to craft visually stunning and intuitive digital experiences that meet the needs of our users and elevate our brand. Your commitment to pixel-perfect design and a detail-oriented approach will play a pivotal role in driving our projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.

Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.

Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.

Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Figma, with a robust portfolio of projects showcasing your digital design capabilities.

A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility concerns.

Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, and the like is a plus.

Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.

Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.

A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge of the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
