Roles and Responsibility

内製エンジンまたはUnity/UnrealEngineを用いた家庭用ゲームタイトル開発のプログラミング業務を行っていただきます プロジェクトが求める仕様や表現の要件に応じて 職種に捕らわれずコミュニケーションをとって問題/課題の解決を行っていただきます リーダー経験者は 当初は高度技術者として就業開始し 社内開発フローを把握した後にリーダー就任していただきます

担当タイトルのゲーム進行を制御する各種システム設計 プレイヤー挙動 エネミー UIなどのシステム設計 オブジェクト作成 物理挙動などを活用したゲーム演出表現の実装

In-game development focused on pursuing comfort and fun in the game

Out-game development to maximize user experience

System development utilizing specialized expertise in areas such as animation, graphics, and communication

Tool development to maximize team productivity by leveraging the features of Unreal Engine

Collaborative team development involving coordination with planners, designers, and server programmers

You will be responsible for programming tasks in the development of home video game titles using an in-house engine, Unity, or Unreal Engine. Depending on the specifications and requirements of the project, you will engage in communication beyond your role to address and resolve problems and challenges.

For leaders, initial employment will be as a senior technician. After gaining an understanding of the internal development workflow, you may assume a leadership role.

Responsibilities include:

Designing various systems to control the progress of the assigned title, including player behavior, enemies, UI, and object creation.

Implementing game presentation and expression using features like physics-based effects.

Verifying the feasibility of project plans, proposing and executing improvements to specifications and technical challenges.

(For leaders) Developing schedules for programming team members, managing progress, and providing technical and operational guidance.

Minimum Requirements

C++言語でのコンシューマゲームプログラムの実務経験3年以上

3Dゲーム開発に関する基礎知識と実務経験

PS4,XboxOne以上 またはNintendo SWITCH PCなどのハイエンドタイトルの開発経験

幅広くコミュニケーションを取り 課題解決に向けて主体的に行動する力

Over 3 years of practical experience in consumer game programming using the C++ language

Fundamental knowledge and practical experience in 3D game development

Experience in developing high-end titles for platforms such as PS4, Xbox One, or Nintendo Switch, as well as PC

Conditions / Benefits

Employment type: Full time

Depending on your skills and experience, you may be offered a contract position.

Location: Nishi-Shinagawa, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo

Remote : Hybrid

Annual Salary: 4,000,000 ~ 9,000,000 JPY Based on experience, ability, and previous work experience

Salary revision: Once a year

Bonus: Twice a year (June, December)

Performance bonus and incentives available

Full overtime pay (no overtime for managers)

Hours: Flex: 8:00 - 22:00
