Luxury Fashion Brand is Hiring a PR Supervisor in Bangkok.

Job title : PR Supervisor

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Editorial/Showroom Management

PR sample management and coordination with Regional Office for coordination

Handle and execute daily press requests including photoshoots, product loans and brand information

Monitoring and coordination of all incoming and outgoing sample requests across key media to ensure the strongest and most qualitative editorial coverage

Fulfill samples requests for media, stylists and product placement

Monitoring press and celebrity placements for loaned product

Organization and responsibility of press sample collections

Celebrity placements and outreach

Manage and maintain the press room and press samples in an organized and efficient way

Public Relations

To build on existing and develop new relationships with key press publications across long-lead and short-lead, mainstream media, trade, online and blogs in order to maximize media lineage opportunities

To work with the line manager to identify appropriate celebrities to be brand ambassadors and develop relationships in line with brand image

To execute with Marketing/Corporate Communications team all special events for key guest and celebrity appearances, press coverage and post-event coverage

Work closely with the line manager to support and execute seasonal press days

Possess deep understanding of all internal communications strategies, tools and systems to ensure alignment with overall brand messaging

Able to drive both internal and external communications when needed

Digital Communication

Aligned with HQ guideline to work with regional office on the Line account creation, maintenance and development.

Propose together with agency on the weekly content, monthly calendar based on HQ social media communication mockup.

Job Qualifications & Specifications

University Degree in marketing or related discipline

A minimum of 3 years relevant experience preferable in retail industry

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Strong press and media relationships, KOL, celebrity relations based in Thailand

Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded and result oriented
