Tenant Relation Associate provides customer service/relations support and in charge of processing, monitoring, safeguarding of all forms and submit/endorse it to assigned personnel.

DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS:

Key Accountability 1 (Tenant Relation)

Answers phone calls, service request, and assist unit owner/tenant concerns.

Attends to client inquiries/concerns, and act immediately and effectively to resolve the same.

Processing and validation of move-in/move-out requirements of unit owner/tenant:

Ensures that unit owners/tenants/representatives are contacted, through email or call, regarding the status of their submitted move-in and move-out forms, work permit, gate pass, and job order form to ensure their satisfaction on overall customer-experience and endorse to the concerned personnel (e.g Building Manager, Building Engineers, Security OIC, Biller, Admin Assistant).

Checking of all signed and notarized lease contracts

Coordination with broker/leasing company or personnel

Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Promotes Company policies through effective tenant/customer relations and goodwill activities.

Key Accountability 2 (Administration)

Handles the day-to-day transactions in the Property Management Office (PMO) such as but not limited to; tenant/unit owners registrations, processing of work permit, gate pass and IDs.

Carries out administrative duties such as filing of contract and resident information sheet, and updating of 201 folder and masterlist.

Endorse payments to Admin Assistant for preparation of Official

Receipt/Acknowledgement/Provisional Receipt

Performs audit on document-compliance to ensure adherence to standards set forth by the Property Management.

Accepts and routes all communications and documents of the Property Management Office (PMO) to the internal department.

Sends e-mail regarding circulars and memos to the unit owners/respective company representatives.

Performs other duties that may be assigned as the need arises.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate if any 4-year course

With 2-3 years work experience in Tenant Relations.

Willing to report on-site at Muntinlupa City.
