Mississippi Remote Speech Language Pathologist 24-25 School Year
Job Type:
Full-time position, 35 hours per week
Opportunity for Extended School Year (ESY) or summer work upon candidate interest
Collaboration with on-site educational teams and counselors
Caseload specifics will focus on 10 students at the middle and high school levels
Qualifications:
Valid Mississippi speech language pathologist certification
Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a school setting preferred
Previous experience with remote services preferred; comfortable delivering teletherapy services
Familiarity with virtual assessment tools and platforms
Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to students' communication and language needs
Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to develop and implement interventions
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and comprehensive speech and language testing
Offer timely feedback and recommendations to support student success
Adapt and develop resources to meet the diverse needs of students
