OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION

• Coordinate all technical tasks in assigned customer plants.

• Enhance service levels and customer intimacy to achieve customers’ satisfaction.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES

Customer Activities:

• Act as “window person on site” to customer for line technical issues. Coordinate to ensure customer’s complaint and technical issues solved timely and successfully.

• Support the customer’s color matching process to guarantee the required color accuracy.

• Harmonize and prioritize technical standards and requirements cross lines and teams.

• Coordinate to conduct new line trials if necessary (e.g., new technology).

• Ensure customer line evaluations are documented.

Account Management:

• Ensure product quality, contribute to change management and quality management.

• Ensure all activities comply to all EHS rules/ regulations and RC requirement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related majors

• At least 3 years relevant working experience

• Technical knowledge preferably in the coatings industry, especially in the field of color matching

• Good communication skills in English

• Basic communication skills in Mandarin is advantage
