Physician Assistant Primary Care

Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team located in Grand Haven, Michigan.

Practice Features:

Outpatient Department of Trinity Health Muskegon Hospital

Will be providing nursing home coverage in the greater Grand Haven area for 3 days with the primary care facility being their home office; 1 day/week in the primary care facility.

APP will be completely independent and able to structure their day.

Will see approximately 15-20 patients per day.

Compensated weekend call rotated with the other midlevels.

Opportunity to work with a great team of providers that offer an important service to the Grand Haven community.

Qualifications:

Experience required.

APPs must be board certified in their specialty prior to employment.

State of Michigan license required at time of employment.

DEA license

BLS certification and maintain recertification.
