Job Summary:

Stonebriar Chevrolet is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a New Car Delivery Coordinator Assistant. This role is responsible for assisting the New Car Delivery Coordinator in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of new vehicles to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for the automotive industry. This is a full-time, individual contributor role located in Frisco, Texas.

Compensation & Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $16 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, Stonebriar Chevrolet offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement savings plan, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

40 hours per week. Hours vary based on business needs, there are 4 schedule options to choose from. MUST be willing to work EVERY Monday, Friday Saturday. One day off midweek.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting the New Car Delivery Coordinator in coordinating and scheduling new car deliveries to customers

- Conducting pre-delivery inspections to ensure vehicles are in top condition for delivery

- Accurately inputting and maintaining customer information and vehicle records in our system

- Collaborating with various departments (sales, finance, service) to ensure a seamless delivery experience for customers

- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns from customers regarding their new vehicle

- Assisting with paperwork completion and ensuring all necessary documents are signed and filed correctly

- Maintaining a clean and organized work area to uphold dealership standards

- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new vehicle models and features

Requirements:

-Excel knowledge A MUST!

- Prior customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

- Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed

- High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset
