Job Description
We are seeking individuals who bring excellent customer service, friendly attitude and high energy to our front desk. Our style of practice is centered on excellent customer service, communication at a high level and attention to detail.
DAYS PER WEEK: M-F full day, one Saturday (1/2 day) a month
COMPENSATION: Competitive, depending on skill level and experience, negotiable (We will pay based on the value and experience you add to the practice)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Insurance verification and breakdown
2. Scheduling appointments
3. Checking in/out patients
4. Reviewing treatment plans
5. Calculating/collecting co-pays
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
1. Experience of dental front desk duties
2. Knowledge of Dentrix dental software
Other Qualifications and Skills:
1. General computer skills
2. Interpersonal skills
3. Customer service skills
4. Marketing experience is a plus
