Position Summary

As a CSR Intern at Skyscraper Insurance Services, you will play a vital role in supporting our customer service team in delivering outstanding service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
