NOW HIRING An after sales service representative:

The After-Sales Service Representative supports the organization by providing front-line assistance to customers and authorized service centers. This role acts as a liaison and is responsible for listening and responding to customer inquiries, communicating detailed product information, and processing orders. The After-Sales Service Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships for Uriah Products LLC.

Work hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What will I do?

Establish and maintain profitable relationships with customers and authorized service centers.

Professionally handle incoming calls and emails from customers and vendors to ensure that their concerns are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.

Calculate, audit, and verify available information to determine a plan of action.

Transfer incoming calls and emails to an After Sales Service Technician when Technical Aid is required.

Provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other issues.

Professionally communicate relevant product information to customers.

Assess product availability and the effect it has on order fulfillment.

Inventory reporting and maintaining sufficient Inventory on replacement parts.

Supply Inventory counts as requested.

Receive goods verifying accurate receipt, report, and put in proper location.

Effectively manage customer charge accounts and their selected form of payment.

Verify customer billing information for accuracy and process billing payments.

Verify customer shipping information for accuracy, to ensure timely delivery.

Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork and more!

Position requirements:

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.

Previous experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software or relative experience in a customer service role is beneficial.
