Salary: $900 - $1,000 / Weekly

Overview:

DSL Solutions, Inc., affiliated with ACME Logistics, provides logistics and installation services for hospital equipment and medical furniture. The Operations Assistant Manager role is crucial for overseeing our installation projects and assisting in managing our operational team. Scope of Work:

Lead on-site teams for nationwide hospital equipment and medical furniture installations, ensuring high-quality completion.

Manage a team of 10-15, promoting teamwork, efficiency, and excellence.

Ensure all personnel and the vehicle fleet comply with DOT regulations, prioritizing safety.

Handle special projects, including up to 30% travel, focused on operational improvements.

Perform administrative tasks to streamline operations and boost team performance.

Compensation / Benefits:

$900 - $1,000 / Week (Equivalent to $46,800 - $52,000 / Year)

One Week Paid Vacation after One Year

Work Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM. Flexibility required for travel or project assignments.

Job Description:

Coordinate teams for timely and precise installations in healthcare settings.

Maintain DOT compliance for team members and vehicles, overseeing safety and regulatory adherence.

Schedule and manage equipment maintenance.

Lead special project initiatives as needed.

Train new team members in installation techniques and compliance standards.

Ensure team activities are in line with DOT regulations and company expectations.

Take on additional responsibilities to support the company’s goals.

Qualifications:

1-5 years of management experience, ideally in logistics or healthcare facility services.

Must obtain and maintain a valid DOT Physical Card.

Provide a clean 10-Year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
