Luxury Leasing Manager

Description:

• Formulate and execute leasing & marketing tactics for the Company’s luxury residential apartments.

• Collaborate with the marketing teams to facilitate the website and social media updates and confirm online presence is aligned with the company's branding and messaging.

• Prepare market pricing and concessions for vacancies to align with building’s business plan and current market conditions.

• Analyze rental applications submitted by agents to confirm the prospect meets Company’s requirements.

• Responsible for generating leases, maintaining accurate records, and protecting confidential prospect information. • Track demographics of prospects, market trends and competitive buildings.

• Cooperate skillfully with Management teams, Brokers & Agents to address building-specific leasing and marketing requirements.

• Prepare reporting for Asset management and Investment teams.

• Ensure marketing units are achieving the highest possible prices and are accurately reflected on availability sites.

• Regular site visits and meetings with Brokers & Agents.

• Oversee CRM activities and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.

• Assist with showing of apartments as needed. Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Leasing & Marketing of luxury apartments.

• Bachelor’s degree or related industry or equivalent experience.

• Possess an extensive understanding of NYC real estate market.

• Strong understanding of effective prospecting and proven ability to close new accounts.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Professional work ethic and integrity.

• Real Estate salesperson’s license required or able to obtain.

• Yardi Suite experience preferred.

Pay: $65,000-$85,000
