As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at CPE/Westone, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth by generating and qualifying leads for our sales team. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating contact through various channels, and nurturing relationships to facilitate the sales process. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads and opportunities.

· Research and identify potential customers who could benefit from our products/services.

· Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, social media, and other communication channels.

· Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.

· Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts and improve the overall sales process.

· Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and update the CRM system regularly.

· Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Requirements:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is a plus.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools is advantageous.

· Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.

PAY:

· Base Salary $55,000

· Commission 25% of base pay paid quarterly.
