Salary: $70-$75 Hourly/DOE

Job Summary

As a Clinical Pharmacist at AmeriPharma, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, reviewing patient care plans, and being available to cover on-call duties. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, reliability, and a commitment to excellence in both research and clinical practice.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and analyze scientific data to identify relevant research studies and trends in the pharmaceutical industry

Develop and review Pharmacy protocols

Identify research priorities and support strategic business objectives

Review patient care plans and provide clinical guidance to healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes

Be available to cover on-call duties as needed to support pharmacy operations and patient care.

Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers

Maintain regular attendance and punctuality to ensure continuity of care and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.

Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist.

Strong academic background.

Proficiency in literature search techniques.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Highly responsible and reliable, with a strong commitment to quality and patient safety.

Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with patients and healthcare

providers.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities.

Flexibility to work on-call shifts and respond to urgent patient care needs outside of regular business hours.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements

Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.

Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist.

At least two years related experience required.

Strong academic background in pharmacy

Preferred Qualifications

Home infusion experience.

Specialty medication experience.
