Job Description
We are looking for an HVAC Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Financial accountability for construction projects and project deliverables
Project setup (job add, submittals, project plan, etc.)
Ordering equipment and/or materials
Developing schedules based on estimate
Administration of job site records
Project close out (O and M, warranty letter, as-builts, etc.)
Produce or price change orders
Ownership of project management systems
Vendor management
Maintain budget
Ability to read/interpret blueprints
Ability to read plans and specs and translate into installation
Ability to read and understand legal contracts
Direct involvement in the functional project team for the life of the project
Stay up-to-date on industry training and software advancements
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Certification, professional license, or credential preferred
3 to 7 years of relevant experience required
7 to 10 years of relevant of experience preferred
PMP or B.S. Construction Management preferred
Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology experience preferred
AutoCAD, Vista and Bluebeam system experience preferred
Microsoft Office Suite experience required
