THE VITAL ROLE YOU'LL HAVE
As our Showroom Manager, you'll be the welcoming face of our Palm Beach showroom. You'll greet prospective clients, conduct engaging tours, and showcase our product designs with enthusiasm. Additionally, you'll oversee inventory management, ensuring our showroom is always well-stocked and visually appealing. Your exceptional customer service skills will shine as you answer phones, manage appointments, and promptly respond to inquiries. Collaborating closely with our sales and marketing design teams, you'll assist in organizing events and administrative tasks. Each day, you'll play a vital role in enhancing overall operations and delivering a seamless customer experience!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
Knowledge of inventory management
Proficiency with various communications tools, such as phone and email
Ability to maintain showrooms with great attention to detail
Strong organizational abilities
Excellent customer service skills
