We are a fast-growing, small business that focuses on spot repairs to a wide-variety of interior and exterior surfaces - countertops, cabinets, floors, tubs, tile, sinks, appliances and more. Our customers include multi-family housing, hotels, new construction, and a wide variety of other businesses. We save our customers time and money by quickly repairing damaged areas versus replacing with new. We also keep building materials out of landfills by allowing customers to extend the life of their current surfaces.
We are seeking a career-minded person to join our team of Surface Experts Field Repair Technicians.

Adhere to safety standardsSkills, experience, and characteristics we are looking for include:
Clean and insurable driving record (Required/Verified)
Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish)
Experience working with your hands: whether thats in Cabinetry, Construction, artistic endeavors, manufacturing or even a hobby, etc.
Previous facilities maintenance experience can be very helpful
Understanding color and how to match color is a specialized differentiator for us. (If you are color blind then this is not the job for you.)
Experience working directly with customers. You should be highly customer-service oriented, and comfortable working autonomously to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction
Interest in growing with a new business

Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic
The training process is extensive so we are only interested in hiring someone who can make at least a 2-year commitment
