Job Description

Part-Time Campus Safety Officer We are seeking a Part-Time Campus Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, good critical thinking skills, and be a problem solver while having the ability to use discretion and tact. The candidate must be a good communicator while having the best interest of constituents in mind when enforcing laws and policies. Campus Safety Officers do not carry any type of weapon or restraints. Responsibilities:

Enforce campus policies and regulations

Provide assistance to students, faculty, and staff

Monitor campus activity and report any suspicious behavior

Respond to emergencies and provide first aid if necessary

Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

Customer service experience

Good critical thinking skills

Problem solver with the ability to use discretion and tact

Good communicator with the best interest of constituents in mind

Available to work between 16 to 24 hours a week competed in 8 hour shifts

Available to work on weekends, nights, and holidays

The rate of pay is $19 dollars an hour.
