Job Description

Client: M, age 91

Condition: Dementia, Sundowner's

Location: Anthem, Arizona

Pay: $19

Shift: Thursday 8AM through Saturday 8AM - 13 Paid hourly daily, 26 paid hours TOTAL

3 unpaid hour breaks, 8 hours unpaid sleep daily

OR

Saturday 8AM through Monday 8AM 13 Paid hourly daily, 26 paid hours TOTAL

3 unpaid hour breaks, 8 hours unpaid sleep daily

Assignment Length: Apprx 45 days in total

Caregiver sleeps in their own, separate locking room. No other family members in the house.

Required experience: Caring for adults with dementia

Start Date: ASAP

Required Certifications: CPR, TB, Current Auto Insurance

Services Needed: Client is ambulatory with no assistive devices and is physically capable. Food/drink encouragement, personal cares need to be encouraged. Client wears briefs. Meal prep/light housekeeping. Client needs transporting in caregivers vehicle.
