Groundskeeper Supervisor - Beautiful Large Estate

Job Description

The Groundskeeper Supervisor will be hands-on supporting the on-site Property Manager to ensure the cleanliness and up keep of exterior property and grounds of estate. Position will also have to interact and assist family members and guests in supports of their needs when visiting the property.

Exterior Job Functions

Maintenance of exterior property and grounds

Prepare and assist with annual plantings, pruning and preparation of grounds.

Weed and mow lawns

Snow removal and lake/dock up keep

Maintain driveway with gravel replacement as needed

Use of power tools and hand tools as required to perform job according to company safety policy

Maintenance of equipment as required

Apply fertilizer, pesticides and other chemical applications

Small tree and shrub trimming as directed by Supervisor/Manager

Clean exterior windows once a week

Clean patio and all patio furniture

Interior Job Functions

Assist family and guests with special requests during visits
