Receptionist/Patient Reg Rep (Partial-PT) Urgent Care Carroll

Job Description

McFarland Clinic is currently accepting application for Receptionist/Patient Reg Rep for its Carroll office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.

Responsibilities include: maintaining reception desk activities, including greeting, scheduling, and instructing of patients and visitors. Has expanded responsibilities for new employee training and on-going monitoring and communication in the department.

Education

High School Diploma, GED or HiSET.

Days: Monday - Friday. Saturday and Sunday - as needed

Hours: As Needed - M-F 7 AM - 7 PM. Saturday & Sunday 9 AM - 5 PM

Experience

Prefer one year work experience, preferably in a medical office setting.

Proficient use of standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copies, printers, etc.

Completion of Medical Terminology class required within one year of employment.
