Oracle Fusion HCM Sedgwick Consultant

Exp : 3 to 9 yrs

Location : PAN India (LTIMlocations)

Participate in solution implementation of Sedgwick (this vendor is processing employee medical/long term leave payroll) and Oracle integration, reconcile process and advise expertise.

Should have experience in Oracle US Payroll and US Benefit module with minimum two implementation of Sedgwick (benefit provider) inbound interface for large clients.

Have good understanding of different job assignment, experience with Sedgwick integration, "job/assignment", "Advice to Pay", "Advice not to Pay" and "absence" files, Oracle processes inbound files and update assignment, absence, payroll elements for pay processing (regular pay, retro, off cycle).

Familiar with industry best practices and redesign current Sedgwick solution to be more simple solution and resolves gaps.

Determines needed improvements through review and analysis of problems reported and resolve complex scenarios.
