Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Consultant at AthenePlutus Executive Search, located in Mumbai. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting executive searches, sourcing candidates, evaluating resumes, conducting interviews, and presenting qualified candidates to clients. You will also be involved in market research, candidate screening, and developing relationships with clients and candidates.

Qualifications

Experience in executive search or recruitment

Alternatively those with B2B Sales background .

Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
