Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Robotics STEM Trainer. The Robotics STEM Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering robotics and coding curriculums for K-12 government school students. The ideal candidate will have great communication and presentation skills, extensive knowledge of coding, programming experience, and knowledge of robotic peripherals. The Robotics STEM Trainer will lead school teachers and students through hands-on activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education or a related field

A minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching STEM-related subjects to K-12 students

Experience in coding languages like Scratch, Python, or HTML required

Experience in robotics peripherals like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and Lego Mindstorms

In-depth knowledge of the core principles of STEM education and experiential learning methodologies

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask, work collaboratively as part of a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience working in a non-profit organization is a plus
