Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Lead Generation Specialist at Sena Technologies. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting research, and communicating with potential clients. The role involves both remote work and on-site work in Hyderabad, offering flexibility and a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of Lead Generation and New Leads experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales skills and a customer-focused mindset

Research skills to identify potential leads

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Experience in the staffing or consulting industry is a plus

Knowledge of digital marketing techniques is beneficial
