Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Travel Operations Executive. As a Travel Operations Executive, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day travel operations, including travel arrangements, travel consulting, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with our customers to ensure their travel needs are met and their experience is exceptional. This role is located in Pune.

Qualifications

Experience in travel arrangements, travel consulting, and travel management

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Proficiency in travel booking systems and software

Knowledge of different travel destinations and attractions

Experience in the tourism industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
